TJ Dana 44 Disk Brakes

I was just looking for some information concerning a disk brake upgrade for my 1998 TJ with a Dana 44 rear. I would like to salvage a set of rotors, calipers, e-brake cable, and mounts from the junkyard to replace the drums with as little modification as possible. Has anyone done this without buying the $500-$700 aftermarket kit. I would like to run 35" MT/R's and still stop! Thanks for all of the information. Rick

Re: TJ Dana 44 Disk Brakes

Just wanted to re-post this question for today.

'98 TJ Sport, 31" BFG's (for now), Tera 3", No-Slip in the Dana 44, Turbo City engine mods, etc.
