Uwharrie Update!!

Well as I got off work last night the plan was for jeepgod to have his Great Pumpkin CJ towed out to Uwharrie by some guy with a full size Dodge. That didn't work out. The Dodge guy had some tranny problem that couldn't be taken care of so what does jeepgod do being that he wants to trail test his Pumpkin? He has JR, a member of the East Carolina Jeep and 4x4 Club member, hook up his Great Pumpkin to the back of JR's YJ. Now JR's YJ only has a four banger and with jeepgod's Great Pumpkin having mucho extra weight on it I would like to have seen how that trip went (it's a five hour trip to Uwharrie). Unfortunatly, I have to go in to work today and by the time I get out of there and on the road I would get to Uwharrie at night. We'll have to wait and see how this little adventure went Sunday night when they get back.

<font color=green>I may not like what you say, but I'll defend to the death your right to say it.<font color=red>

Re: Uwharrie Update!!

Uhhh... didn't we just cover several posts about towing with a SWB Jeep? I sure hope they are careful when they are towing........ could be scary. 'Specially if they are getting rain like we are down here in SC......

Good luck boys....play safe!!
