Are you in one of the local 4-wheel drive clubs in the area??

Re: H8monday

Not really, Im only going to be here until March or April. I have been going to some of the Vegas valley 4 Wheelers meetings and Ive helped out on the trail on a couple of runs. I also worked a check point for the vegas 200 last weekend for Best in the Desert Racing Assoc. Mostly though I just hang out with Greg and the other wheelers that accumulate at Maximum Off Road off of Flamingo and Decatur. Greg and his shop have been just awsome as far as helping me with designs and modifications on my rig. In fact Ive found out that if I work slow enough he will jump right in and do much of the work so that he can get his hoist back, hahahaha. Ive met some very good guys in the little time Ive been here, and there are some very well built rigs here in town. We are planning on expanding some new trails out by the Bowl Trail and Axle Canyon weekend after next.
I read your Bio, are you stationed out at Nellis? My sister was stationed there for EOD school, and in fact met her jar head husband(now one of my best freinds),when he was attending EOD school there. Lets get out and do some wheeling.

Re: H8monday

Yes Im at Nellis Im an Air Traffic Controller. I wish I could get out and do some wheeling but the CJ I have is down, not by my choice but by the state. Although it runs good they wont look at it to get it smogged i.e. no cat no egr and I think the header has something to do with it. I have a 4.0 to put in it but just need to do it. You know the cash flow is holding that up. But if your still around when I get it in I sure would like to do some wheeling with you. If I need some advise when I get to the wiring and fuel can I call on you?
