Valley of Fire Run(hump and Bump)

There is a pretty good article on the front page of this www.off-road.com site, about the Hump and bump run outside of Vegas last month. They have quite a few pics in the photo album of all the vehicles that got busted up or stuck trying to come up through "Rock Bottom" a "V" shaped off camber rock climb that just gave the Samis and for some reason the TJs a very hard time. I think I only have one or two pics in the album, as I was helping at the front and we were already through most of the good photo oppurtunities when the photograper came through. I did however post some good shots a few weeks ago of the YJ climbing up through Rock Bottom at night taking what I would have to say was the only good line. Anyway its good reading and good pics if your interested.
By the way yours truly is gonna be the feature vehicle of the month next month January, we did a photo shoot yesterday. Woooohooooo!!

Re: Valley of Fire Run(hump and Bump)

We will have to paint different colored flowers on em(something like the old flower power type flowers), so that we can tell them apart in a field full of daisys,.ooohhhhh what a perty picture.
Hey now that I think about it those old flower power volkswagon bus designs might look real "groovy" on a Jeep, hmmmm, Im thinking, hmmmmmm.

it wont be a problem jeff, you pull the cord to fir up your little weed wacker motor, and I'll fire up my rock crusher V-8... people will tell the difference...
my jeep isn't pink.. it's white with frost blue pearl, but i think jeepgods rear driveshadft vibrates so bad he cant see much of anything anymore...

I deserve that..
however.. i also have a tear in a fender where i separated a ball joint and sent a tire through it, and a hole in the hood where the windshield hit it, some serious rock rash in the bottom of my tub, oh yeah.. and i tore off one of my fenders last time.. my tea parties will never be the same....
