a little play in the rear output shaft on my tcase

I've had this vibration for a few weeks now, and it's killing me! Well come to find out that my rear output shaft has some play in it. The bearing seems good and the nut is tight on there but there's enough play to cause a slight vibration. Does it need a rebuild? It has just about 200,000 and it's the only thing on my CJ that's not new or rebuilt. It is the dana 20 case, and I really like it. Do you know where I can get a complete bearing and seal rebuild kit without having to buy everything seperately? Thanks guys!

Re: a little play in the rear output shaft on my tcase

You should have only a few thousandths of an inch endplay in the output.
Hardly enough to even feel.
If you can wiggle your yoke .... it won't get any better ....
Hicks 4x4 an others sell full rebuild kits.
