Superlift for a Tj ?

Does anybody know anything about the 4" superlift for tj's. I don't think I need the rock runner option, my Jeep only sees fields and trails , and possibly sand if I ever make it to silver lake, only a couple hours away. The price seems pretty good. I've seen it advertised for around $450. Will I need the short shaft kit? I only plan on running 31 x 10.50's or 32 x 11.50's , because I don't want to change ring and pinion gears too. Any advice/help would be appreciated. If anybody is running this kit I would love to see a pic or two. thanks

Re: Superlift for a Tj ?

My buddy and I put one on his 97TJ. It comes with the transfer case spacers so you won't need the short shaft kit(although highly recommended). He runs 32 BFG/MT's and seems to like everything OK. Don't put the limiting straps on that come with it (a waste). He got his from http://www.natltire.com/ for $427. Its a good price for a good quality low end kit. Good luck!

Re: Superlift for a Tj ?

Does he have vibe problems? Did he use the short shaft kit? What are the consequences of not using the short shaft kit? My TJ has the 2.5L 5 speed, that's why I only want 31" tires, ie not a whole lot of torque on the drive shafts.
