Gear Ratio?

I have a 2000 TJ with 30" tires. I have a D35 rear axle with a 3.07 gear ratio. How much power am I going to lose if I switch to 33 X 12.50's?

Re: Gear Ratio?

Go to this gear ratio chart. It doesent go as low as 3.07 gears but the rpm diference between 30" and 33" tires will be about 220 rpm at freeway speed. This doesent take into account that the tires are heavier and will take more power to turn the weight alone. It seems like not enough gear to me. Good luck!
