My 360 runs like $#%* after it warms up

My 1983 360 (in a 1985 CJ7) is slightly tired (139k miles)has some lifter stickage and uses a little oil but still has plenty of power.

Lately it runs great at startup then after warming up runs like crap (bogs down, lacks power, etc) and sounds like it is running on 7 cylinders.

Any idea as to what this could be? I fear something is expanding as the engine warms up causing the engine to lose compression.

Thanks for your help!

Sounds like you got the motor at a Harbor Freight sidewalk sale!

Hi Gary,

Just funnin' ya. Choke opens all the way? Does it smoke black when it warms up? If it runs good cold, and gets bad when it warms up, an overly rich carb calibration seems likely. Ignition is in good shape? Timing OK? Filters all clean? Just guessing here.
