I have a 58 Willys CJ 5. All drum brakes. I haven't gotten the shop manual from the previous owner. If I may please, I'm asking for help. Do I have to remove the lockers from the front axle to remove the out side of the drum? There have been aftermarket Warn lockers put on. I just broke the bleeder valve, and I'm scratching my head here. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Re: Brakes

Well I just couldn't help my self, I jumped in! It's all apart, simple to put back together. Does anyone know where I can find a wheel cylinder? I'm in Austin, Tx. All finders here are looking, but no help, so far. I'm a newbie, I'll try to keep short, let me know if I'm being a DA. Just want to Jeep Del Rio! 58 CJ5... Getting closer, with your help!

Welcome! I'm sorry I can't be much more help than this, but it'll shoot you back up to the top.

Try doing a search on the internet for "Parts Mike" - he may have something. I can't think of the exact web page though.

Good luck, and have fun with your new toy!
