Evap Canister
The evap canister on my CJ broke. I had a 4 port canister on a 84 CJ-7 with a 258. Are they available outside of the dealer's parts house?

i bet they are. call pep boys , checkers or auto zone

I struck out at Carquest, Auto Zone and Pep Boys. There were no listings in the Wells Catalog for any Jeep Vapor Canisters. Looks like I will either bypass it and pollute, or spend big bucks for a dealer part.

Same thing happened to my son's Ford 4x4, It cost him $83.00 at Ford because no one carried the part except for the dealer.
