uh-oh. Only one fluid is blood red

I was just adding a little ATF to my TF727. After, I noticed there is now a small puddle of light red, clear oil under the Jeep. Tranny fluid. I think the only place this could have come from is the base of the fill tube - It's pretty crammed in there (against the firewall).

if you move the fill tube around a lot when you fill it, you could break the seal going into the tranny.. when the jeep is not running, the fluid goes up into the tube a bit, so if it doesn't leak when the jeep is running, your probably leaks(like mine does). there is a rubber gasket on the bottom of the tube, but try shoving the tube in a litle further first.

Did you spill any? Just curious. Elusive is right though, the tube is just a press fit.
