I just received the B&M deep pan and remote filter for my 95 4L80E and was wondering what ATF you guys use/recomend. Is the B&M TrickShift fluid any better than the rest or is all the synthetic about the same?

Thanks in advance.

Re: ATF fluid/ WHICH ONE?

B&M Trick Shift is good but you pay for the name. IMO synthetic is just as good, so if it's cheaper go for it. It's true that heat kills transmissions, and the first thing to deteriorate is the fluid, even if it still looks pink. If you use it hard (towing or rockcrawling often)and you want it to last longer you should change it every 10,000-15,000mi or 50 boulders, whichever applies to you. That's why I would shy away from Trick Shift.
