Stock YJ suspension Question

ok boys, heres my deliema ,i've got a 95 wrangler, stock suspension, right now i'm not into spending a ton of money on a suspension system for it because i'm in college and really don't have that much time to g offroading, but i still would like some extra help, now from what i've heard, taking of the front and rear track bars help with flex , and also the front swaybars.. but i've heard if u take off the track bars the stock shackles can't handle that and they'lll break, so i was thinking, buy swaybar disconnects, which is a must, and should i buy stronged "H" shaped shackles from who ever and then make quick connects for my track bars? is this a good plan or not, it seems to me it would give me some added flex withh out messing up anything to much, let me know what u guys think thanks a bunch!

Re: Stock YJ suspension Question

i would lose the track bars and get swaybar disconnects if i were you. that is a must. as far as the shackles breaking i have never seen/heard of that happening. if they ever do they have to be the easiest thing on your jeep to replace. if you are worried about cost, grab a use set from a yard with bolts just in case one breaks... other than that enjoy the flex, but you might as well wait on the shackle mod. i dont see it as being necessary.
