designation for a tall skinny tire?

im running 35x12.5 mud kings at the moment..what exactly is a tall skinny tire? i wouldn't mind going bigger, but i dont want the width. ive seen them, maybe they just look different in pictures.

33x9.5 or in the case of a TSL a 34x9.5. These are the "skinny" tires. Only thing in a more narrow tire in the 35" range is a Q78 and it is only about an inch more narrow than a 12.5, but is 35.5" tall.

i run Q78's, they are about 35 or 36 actual inches depending on rim width, this is a picture of Q78's on 16 x 7 inch wheels.
