Warn/Superior axle shafts

2 questions
a friend is looking to upgrade his front Dana 30 axle shafts and he mentioned about the Superior shafts
These are hardened carbon steel that have a lil give in them. The will flex a bit before they break

Then the Warn shafts
Chrome molly and strong

The Warns are $610 to his door
and the Superiors are $405
Is the difference worth the asking price, and are there any people out there running Superior shafts

Other question is , does anyone out there have any of these shafts for sale

I will forward all info to him

Re: Warn/Superior axle shafts

I have the Warn shafts they are 40 percent stronger than stock. Superior and Warn were rated in one of the mags about 1 or 2 months ago. Warn was better. If you want me to look up mag e-mail me. Is this going in YJ with vacum dissconnect? If so I would opt for full upgrade with the new brake rotors.to eliminate this . That is what I did. Jeff

Re: Warn/Superior axle shafts

There are some benefits to the flexi Superior shafts. They also have a pretty good warranty. Their customer service may be a tad bit better too.

Hope that clouds the issue for you!!
