Seat Bracket(s) question....

At the point of emptying the tub before removing. I pulled the seats/brackets out this weekend. I was always under the AssUmption that only the "driver's" side bracket had the "slider" on it. But BOTH the passenger and driver brackets has sliders on it.

My question: Is that right?? Do BOTH seats have sliders???

Thanks!!

The '79 had slider under driver only. The '85 had none but a tilt wheel. Where these sliders options?????

Re: Seat Bracket(s) question....

i believe that only the drivers side came with sliders.. but i had always wanted to put them on the passenger side.. so someone could have done this..

Re: Seat Bracket(s) question....

I'm not sure if they came stock on my jeep or not. I needed more leg room on my CJ so I ended up getting sliders from a junk yard and put them on both sides also. They work great.
