What to buy?

I got an unexpected large bonus. If you could buy the best suspension kit for a 86 CJ-7 what would you buy? You get to pick out new rims and tires also. Keep in mind that this Jeep is driven when the weather is nice and will see some off road use in Southern California. You can spend as much as you like even do a reverse shackle setup. I am ready to buy after I finish installing the Mopar EFI kit. Thanks.

Across this board it seems to be national spring for the lift(90%).
Wheels I like are the 589"s especially since you're mostly on the street.
Tires most are going to say bfg a/t but I don't mind the noise and would have to have at least thornbirds(cause they look cool),but if I could afford to tear up boggers on the street I would.(I've got ground hawgs so the noise is already there)
If you don't use up all your cash E-mail me & I'll let you know where to send it
