Profiles DO help.

It's a lot easier to get good answers from my moonguy answer team when they have a rerasonably complete profile to look up and check out. Like what Jeep does the poster have? Is it stock? Where do they live? Bitter cold, or the parched desert? Flat ground or high mountain passes. It all influences the technical aspect of the question.....well maybe not always.....but often enough. Give the moon team a break and fill out those profiles.

Re: Profiles DO help.

I've always wondered why the administrators of this BBS don't crack down and just make it a mandatory part of signing up, that is a COMPLETE, or reasonably so, profile.

Right-o
Half of the questions i've answered have been w/ a question for more basic info that the bio would answer.

Re: Profiles DO help.

Do my eyes deceive me? We have a self proclaimed "TOTAL right-wing, gun totin' conservative" wanting
people to give out personal information?

Dave's right though, if you want help, sometimes the basic vehicle information is required.

Re: Profiles DO help.

I alway look up the profile, I like knowing who I,m talking to. like their profession, where they at, and their choice of vehicles. I'm just worry about a right wing gun toting conservative who talk to the moon (joke)

NRA? Who me? Heh heh.....do wild bears crap in the woods. I have to say that Charlton Heston has been good for the organization. People have a hard time labeling him a crazy gun nut. No matter what happens guys: (1) DON'T give up your guns; and (2) if the governing authorities begin implanting the computer chip in your hand "to make it safe for you", DON'T take it. Many people already have it and don't even know it(some hopspitals implant infants, the military has alrerady done it since it is so small that you can inject it with a syringe). I can hear it now: "OH, you want your kids to be SAFE don't you?" And parents will roll over and take the implant(but just for the kids) and guess what? Where the kids are, so are you. Nobody will be able to hide, do business, or go about their daily lives without being on the track of low earth-orbit satellites. Welcome to the year 2000 folks. All the government has to do is get the mailing lists of about ten different magazines[the HRA publication, 4WD Mags, Gun Mags, etc] and merge them. What pops out will be their list of "subversives". I have no illusions about that, and I keep my power dry.

Re: Profiles DO help.

After Dave's post about a ship, I now know how old he is. Both of us are old enough to have lived
through the '60 when the cold war was at it's peak. The good old USA has become more of a
communist nation than exaggerated propaganda accused the Russians of being. We may still be a
little behind on the Socialism and Atheism aspects, but with the farm subsidies, tax credits, no
prayer in school, anti Christmas celebration trend, etc., etc., we're going there. All in the name of
helping the less fortunate and protecting civil rights.

I was only a teenager in the early '60 and I always wondered how they managed what was referred to as
"brain washing",. Thanks to Congress, the Supreme Court and especially you Mr. President, I've seen
it first hand and now I understand. I didn't want to know that bad. Where is Joe McCarthy when we
need him to balance all this out?

Re: Profiles DO help.

In CA, while the Christian church slept, and some ignorant Christians still voted democrat, the entire homosexual agenda was pushed thru the state legislature by the new, homosexual- controlled democrat majority (they bought and paid for them)and the new homosexual-supported democrat governor. As of last week, the Boy Scouts have been kicked out of the schools and public buildings because they will not encourage boy-to-boy sexual activity like the homos want kids to be taught. All the schools have to teach homosexuality as normal, and churches cannot read Romans anymore lest they be sued for insulting a homo. Churches are now on Janet Reno's list of "enemies of the state" as are the people who attend. We are fast approaching a communist state, where the government lies repeatedly, churches are banned, and ideology has replaced religion(they cannot co-exist, read your history books). Just what the Clintonoid perverts want.

Re: Profiles DO help.

Any day now, I expect the homos to start knocking on doors looking for converts like the Jehovah's
Witnesses.

I can't agree with your "fast approaching a communist state" comment. The way I see it, been there,
done that, t-shirts will be available mid-summer. The red stripes on our flag keep getting wider and wider.
