For those who helped me on my 229 swap....

THANKS!!! The hardest part was finding a proper flywheel (153 tooth) that didn't cost an arm and a leg. I found one in a junk yard out of a 68 Camaro ss with a 396. I used the clutch from a 68 Monte Carlo with a 307 V8. It bolted right upto my little SR-4. It also, sadly, promptly wasted my rear yoke on my AMC 20. But, that is getting fixed. Thanks again.....

You actuauly found a 68 SS396 in a junkyard? That is suprising. I'm suprised some Chevy fan didn't pick that up years ago.
