Which yoke are you referring to?
Front/rear pinion?
Front/rear transfer output?

Pat, I took a spare U-joint and yokes with me to the part store when I did mine.

That made it easy since none of them will have a clue when you get there. I have to add that it took 3 stores to get enough to do mine. They all seemed to stock one or two.

Sorry I don't remember the part #'s.

BUY MY CUSTOM STICKERS!!!!!!

((good women are REALLY hard to find! She buys me Jeep parts, never complains when I buy guns, Jeep parts,
And she makes GREAT sausage gravy!)TR

So, what you're saying is you would like to swap straps for u-bolts at both pinions *AND* TC outputs?

The reason I asked originally, is because SOME yokes have minimal material where you'd drill the treaded hole out to accommodate the u-bolts and where the nuts would need to go on the opposite side. This means the yokes get uber thin around the holes and the nuts don't sit perpendicular to the yoke (without more clearance). Not that it can't be done, just IMO, it won't be much stronger given the thinning around the holes and crappy contact angle with the nuts than what you have now...

Might be time to FIND some and keep the strap type for spares

10 years ago I did my CJ-7, both yokes, spicer makes a kit thats correct and will work fine. I bought them through Quadratec, no hassle of running around using up my time, gas, aggravation, and the best part was they came in the mail to the front door, no hassle's and they were the right part, another good thing nooooo tax, but they pick it up on shipping.
