Eastwood Products has a plastic welder that wouuld do the trick. Harbor Freight also has one, for about $40, not on sale. One is on my buy list so that I can repair these plastic peices.

Besides the welder, you need filler material that matches the plastic you're welding. I did one job with a plastic welder on PVC sheets that worked fine with PVC filler rods. I had to buy 5? pounds of rods, which is a LOT of plastic, and had most of it left over after the job. I then tried to weld a cracked anti-static mat that looked and felt like the same plastic, but the weld wouldn't hold at all.

I've also had some success welding plastic by cutting off slivers from an inconspicuous spot to use as filler, and puddling the joint together with a small-tip soldering iron.

EVERYTHING's easy for the guy who doesn't have to do it.
