Need some help placing value on the Jeep
So after much thought, I have decided atleast for this week that the Jeep will be going up for sale. It sits in the garage and costs money to do so I.e. Insurance and with now having 3 little ones and 2 monstrous dogs we just don't get to use it so we've decided to sell it and try and find a travel trailer with our profits that will suit our needs better than our 8 foot pop-up. The problem that I'm having is sights like kbb.com place the value much higher than I expected so I figured I'd ask you guys and girls what's it worth? Here are the specs:
-97 Wrangler SE
-4cyl 5 speed w/ 4.0 tb
-84000 miles
-4 inches of lift
-32x11.5x15 Goodyear MT/R's with 90% left
-two pc hard top with sunroof and rear defrost and upper half doors
-working a/c
-soft top is junk but I have all the hardware to go with so the new owner can just buy a cheapy replacment top
-there is a tear in the drivers front seat at the seam, there is some very minor unintended body modification but nothing major.
-flush mounted rear l.e.d.'S
-8000lbs winch
-chromoly tie-rod
Almost everything works except for the defrost ventbut I hope to have this fixed with a new actuator prior to sale.
So I know value is a difficult thing to judge but any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
John
