LED tail light woes 97' TJ

I already did a search, I even found my original thread close to 5 years ago the problem is the links no longer work. I have to replace my turnsignal block and I remember having to cut a circuit inside so my LEDs would blink at a normal speed but I don't remember which circuit and the links Dave had posted no longer work. Does anyone have the picture of which circuit to cut?
Thanks
John

Put up a link to the original thread. I need to refresh my memory.

Try this:

No Modification '01-'06 TJ LED Flasher

Stu's website is still up, but apparently he's redone it so that the individual pages are different. If that dosn't get it for you, just go back to stu-offroad.com and look around.

Is this the one?

There are 10 kinds of people in the world.
