Wink brush guard bending tube other side

ok we are getting it done... cut and bent the other side tonight ... still have to do the welding and of course paint and any other items like light tabs but it is going to work for me.. thought you might like to see how it is coming... i didnt mess up on the other bend...

I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it...I've wrapped angle this way many times. You did a great job. Post some pics when it's all welded up.

Be careful when you weld that. There's a lot of filler in relation to the amount of base metal. Alternate sides and let it cool - if you go at one side non-stop it'll get too hot and fall through.

EVERYTHING's easy for the guy who doesn't have to do it.

Smile brush guard

yep it is going to take being very carefull and not getting in a hurry and i plan on doing just a bit more tweking as the drivers side is hitting the winch just enough to keep me from mounting it the same so i will have to pull the bumper out just a bit or i will have to re do the mounting plate in order to tilt the guard out a little more to clear the winch.... took a good bit of time and effort to get it this far dont want to mess it up now.... will post more pic as soon as i can thanks
