come on Pat... you gotta do better than that!

At least find a way to blame it on Aaron, Chris, & Pete, cause we won't buy 2 weeks to have drive shafts made...

In Pat's defense (and in a shameless attempt to deflect blame away from myself), Pat has had that thing at the driveline shop for two weeks, no joke. They screwed him. The exhaust shop is lined up and just waiting for the Jeep to show up, and then it's just another day or two of odds and ends and he's wheeling. We are going wheeling in TWO WEEKS, and Pat's rig will be there. I'll take pics...

ALSO in my defense, I did recommend the BEST DRIVELINE SHOP IN THE WORLD, but Pat elected to take it to some no-name place near his work instead. But in reality, there is no excuse for that shop to just ignore the Jeep like they have, and I would be VERY upset if it were my rig.

He wasn't at Stoddard...

The way I heard it, they got the motor running, but something was wrong. When they pulled the valve covers, they found the engine had a missing rocker arm and pushrod. When they pulled the intake, they found the lifter fot that valave rolling around in the valley....

Nothing to be done about that.

So....He's back to getting the 401 running. It shouldn't take long. He might even get it on the trail before I get a new rear axle in my Jeep.....
