Some wheeling pics from Maine - not hardcore, but fun.

Hey all,
Just sharing some pics today. This was our only big trip for this year - Maine Mountains Jeep Jamboree. Some shots of the parade through town, the mountains of Western Maine, and some mud.

88YJ: Old, noisy, slow, and just generally wonderful. Wheeling Jeep.
04WJ: Less old, less noisy, less slow, daily driver Jeep.

Some more - this black YJ had a rough day - pulled off his exhaust. He was pretty small for this trail though.

The 07 4 door had a rough day - the vechile is just too big for the tight Maine trails.

I love the face on the girl in the passenger seat of the Rubi - you can't really see it in the shot, but she had a surprised look.

The rat is a 77 cherokee that belongs to some guys I go wheeling with. It's a piece of work. He waxed the door for yucks.

And one final shot of the Piscataqua River Bridge - the border of Maine and NH coming home.

This is the last one I have - this guy fell off the log bridge, and I had to winch him back on. He broke a brake line in this escapade. We had to flatten it shut so he could get back to the road.

That looks like a lot of fun! Except for the crowds!

My kind of wheeling.

EVERYTHING's easy for the guy who doesn't have to do it.

looks like fun, but would hate to try getting that mud off of everything, it looks like the kind that is real sticky.
