Disney OK in September !

Well I just ordered a locker for the rear of my scrambler and trying to get my CJ 5 back together if I can get off the couch again.

Well anyway Im looking to hit Disney OK in september when the weather starts to cool down a bit. Im not sure what weekend yet just throwing it out there incase somebody might be interested. Im pretty sure they have the flood gates open right now because of all the flooding up in Kansas. I heard the lake was up 14 feet last week and they were dumping it as fast as they could...

I'm going down the weekend of September 21st, meeting a friend of mine from Arkansas there. Always looking to meet off-roaders from other states. Will be out first visit so if you end going down the same weekend and know the lay of the land and wouldn't mind showing us around it would be great.

The weekend of the 21st should work for me as well. I was shooting for the end of the month anyway, should be a little cooler then. I just got the locker in the rear of the wifes Scrambler(again) and have one coming in for the front next week so it will be ready to go. Im trying to get my old CJ5 back together before then but is no big deal if I don't. I will start making my plans for that weekend. Where do you guys want to meet up at. I usually go down to Hogans Offroad campground.... WILL, you know where that is!!! I geuss when it gets closer to time I can PM my cell# and just go from there...

WILL you said you can make it after that weekend ? I read your post wrong, I thought it was that weekend or any weekend after that. Maybe we can work something out...

Dughhhh!!! The 21'st if a Friday, does that mean you can make it that weekend WILL ? I talked to the wife and that is a good weekend for us.

I should have read what I typed before I posted it. I have corrected it now. That weekend is fine for me. I should have the little jeep fixed by then.

Four more days, anyone still up for it???? I got all my stuff in order except for a couple of little things but I will be there. I kinda slacked off on the CJ5 but Im bringing my bro-inlaws FJ40 so I can stretch it's legs a bit.... So if you guys are coming, I will be at Hogans offroad park some time Friday and Im staying until Sunday. My camp sight will be the one the Black flat bed dually and new white chevy 3/4 ton if the Scrambler isn't there and the FJ will be the bright red one.... I hope some of you can make it......

That sure sounds like a lot of fun. Wish I could be there. Some day . . . .
