just have to brag !!!

The first saturday of every month the next town over has a car show at the park. It's one of those really small towns that if you blink, you miss it but they have this awsome park with a lot of history so they do this car show as a fund raiser for upkeep on the park.. Last month I took the Scrambler down there and they gave us free entry for the car show and it took 7th out of about 35 hot rods and only one other 4x4. I thought that was kinda cool for not even going there to try...
Welll this past Saturday we went down there again to check out the cars and we pull up in the jeep covered in mud from the night before and I mean covered. They asked us if we were going to enter the show, so for the heck of it I asked how much it would cost and it was just ten bucks so I said sure just to help the fund raiser. You should of saw the heads turning when we drove through all those shiney cars!!!! A little later they started calling out the top ten and Im not sure what we even got because I wasn't expecting anything. THe guy on the loud speaker told everone to keep quiet when he announced the next one and it was the Scrambler again. He explained to everyone that he was impessed with all the work that had went into it and how good it looked at the last show and he then says, I am even more impressed that the owners use it and drive it the way it was ment to be... I thought that was really cool, but man you should have saw all the sour looks I got after that... I got the cold sholder after that except from a couple that realized it had bigger axles under it......
