How many of you wave to Jeeps?

Just wondering. I'm a new Jeep owner and I get so excited when I see another Jeep to wave at. I have found that most hipsters or women (sorry, just my research) don't wave. To them, it seems, it's just a vehicle. But to the true to heart, they wave every time.

So, do you wave?

This topic comes up every now and then. I wave at CJs, YJs and TJs except for Silly Jeeps - you know, chrome, light bar, lift, big tires and weenie axels. Never at the pretenders - Liberty and Compass are definetly not Jeeps. J trucks always, sometimes at XJs but only if they look off-road ready.

A couple of years ago someone put up a pecking order. It started with flat-fenders, then modified CJs, then stock Cjs . . . . Anyone have a link?

EVERYTHING's easy for the guy who doesn't have to do it.

If it's a SWB, then my arms a flappin. Only problem now is their so popular that sometimes it's a "little girlie" trying to figure out who the old perv waving at her is.

BUY MY CUSTOM STICKERS!!!!!!

((good women are REALLY hard to find! She buys me Jeep parts, never complains when I buy guns, Jeep parts,
And she makes GREAT sausage gravy!)TR

Sure do.

As stated before, I wave at any non-yuppie looking Jeeps.
The above link has the pecking order Jim was referring to.

Sometimes!

Depends on the Heep. Jim's rules are very close to mine...But I have 2 waves. Regular old Jeeps get the two fingers off the steering wheel wave. Built Jeeps, especially those that look trail worn, get the out the door, low (ah-la Harley-Davidson) wave...

Third kind of wave is saved for anyone with Hawaiian seat covers...They get the Shaka....whether the know what that is or not...

A bad weekend of wheelin', is still a good weekend.

I lost count at 60+ (and that was for the Scrambler...I didn't even bother trying to count with the TJ).

These days I only wave to obvious trail rigs and really nice CJ's. There are so many cookie-cutters around me that it becomes a losing battle.

"And then I said, 'Just like that, but with more gas!' Oops..."
