Anyone know why my 1991 Jeep Wrangler 4 cyc. is pissing out oil through the top of the dipstick?

If there is enough crankcase pressure, it has to be relieved some how. Either there is excessive blowby from the pistons, overwhelming the pcv system, or the pcv system is inoperative. Check that the pcv valve moves and opens, and that the pcv filter isn't clogged with oil. The pcv filter under normal conditions filters clean air drawn into the crankcase, not the other way around (exhuast coming out of it). As the engine wears and more blowby occurs, the pcv filter will be a source of expelled gases and get oily.
