Ok, I go to start the 1999 Dodge, the batt is almost dead, not enough to start. Set the 110 bat charger to jump, leave on for 5 min, and start it. Take the charger off (have done this a dozen times in it's life). It is idling at 2k RPMs. Shut down, visually check fuses and throttle cable, nope looks good. Start again, idle a 2k RPM, hit the pedal, goes up, and back to 2k. Disconnect the battery for 5min, same.
Ran out of time, had to run to a client in the Jeep. I will look at it this afternoon, any ideas where to concentrate?

Oh, it ran just fine last week, and 2 weekends ago changed the oil/air/filter.
