Jeep Rot, Need Sites For Replacment/Patch Panels

Took the grinder and wire wheel to the bondo on the side of my heap a while ago, and it's ugly...
There is more bondo than jeep below the passenger door.
Nothing unusual, just a PITA.

I'm looking for patch panels for a CJ-5 for under the doors and in front of the rear wheel...

I'm tempted to just wack out the rust and weld in a piece of tread plate, but I hate all things body work!
Guess I can always do that if I can't find a proper patch panel...

http://www.rigidsteel.com/y1pC2tC3k0.html

they are pretty commonly cited on earlycj5.com as a source for body parts.

i havent ordered from them so i dont know if they are good first hand.....though once i actually have money for a welder, i will be orderign from them.

i think 4wd.com has parts too.....but not sure

Depending on which CJ door you have, either the early or late, the late is the same as a YJ. If you have the late door, you can probably still get door skins from mopar. You may just have to order them for a YJ. But why do all that work reskining a door. There are pleny of good used doors around.

What????

They want a lot of $$$ for good used CJ hard doors around here. Same with YJ doors. Probably $250 or more a piece.

I check with you guys first.
When you do a search, you don't know who you are dealing with.
I'd rather have personal references...

Don't know about their Jeep stuff, but their Studebaker sheetmetal was very nice.
