O2 Sensor

After realizing and fixing my many exhaust leaks and a plugged cat, I am wondering if it would be a good idea to replace the O2 Sensor. Could it have been damaged from the exhaust leaks and cat? Is there a way to test? I can get one for $35 shipped from eBay, so the $$ is fine.

Scott....I know you have the Mopar FI setup....OBDI right?
I have a scanner if you want to borrow it....it will give you an idea of the condition of the system....

Personally, I think you're going to be fine. Besides age and a sudden failure, about the only thing that will take one out is excessive oil usage....

I would wait until your next smog and look at your readings....also, your gas mileage should be a good indication of how it's running.

... Or you could just wire in a volt meter (from the cabin) that is in parallel with the O2 sensor. Watch the reading...somwhere between 0.2 (lean) and 0.8 (Rich) Volts.
