IMHO, it's for the best. I would not have wanted to attempt to defend that lease in today's business and legal climate. The owners would have been subjected to a series of lawsuits that eventually would have overwhelmed them. Progress catches up to us all.... [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

From the web article I think it would fall into the category that the Supreme Court ruled as eminent domain that is OK to take.

Man, that really does suck. Out here on the East coast there's not a whole lot of public places to wheel, like out West. Paragon was awesome.

The story said that the Judge ruled that Paragon had violated the lease - I wonder what the details are on that?

I'll have to go look on the Paragon board - I know there was a big thread there.

All the local papers are saying 4000 to 4500 new jobs bla bla bla . I guess it's safe to say a lease isn't worth the paper it's written on
