Good day wheeling: Chock Full \'O Pics.

Finally had a chance to test out some of the mods (SOA, Shackle-reversal, +6.5", 35" MTRs, Tom Woods DSs) out at Frank Raines park about 40mi S of the 580/5 split in Tracy CA in East Bay.

Hey Scott....how do you like the SOA?
Do you think the shackle reversal helps any?

Do you think those longer spring perches did a good job of preventing spring wrap? Any hopping?

SOA is great! for light wheeling like this I can leave the winch in front
Shackle reversal is so much easier when slamming into an obstacle, doesn't shove you back. With the wheeling we did, I was not in any high-torque situations, so I didn't experience any spring wrap, I am hoping the longer spring perches will help with that.

Oh, John the terraflex t-locker worked great. It engaged and disengaged with out a hitch, and without any noise! It sure makes turning a lot easier when you disengage it. I didn't even have to use the other inlet to force disengagement. And the OBA had enough air for a full day of wheeling (locking and unlocking)without dropping below 75psi!
For those of you that don't remember my other posts:

Terrain looks reminiscent of the the old M.A.S.H. set... I Marine bud of mine lived nearby the set and rode dirtbikes there...

WTF is that... that... "thing" draped on the front of your Jeep?

It's a "Bra" to keep the headlights from sagging.

Yes Thor wears a "Bro"

I like it for the screen covering the grill, and I can fold the hood back without effecting the paint.

I wanted to drape a bikini-clad beauty in front of the jeep, but the wife only allowed a bra!
