Sweet 16 Birthday Jeep for my Daughter Micki

I think I had posted I that I had recently restored 3 [email protected]'s for a buddy of mine in Wichita Falls Texas.

Yes this is why I have not completed my Desert Racer...LOL

I retored two to as close to orginal as possible and the third is now a real nice Hunting Jeep.

Anyway part of the payment for the months of work was a special secret, a Real nice Jeep 1990 Cherokee Pioneer!

It was at a local Impound and was past it's storage time and came up for sale.

I have been eying this Jeep for about a year and a half as the perfect Jeep for my Daughter Michelle (Micki)

Here are a few pictures of this very sweet Jeep.

For a Jeep that was from British Columbia Canada, it is sure in nice condition, no rust from road salt or ocean salt.

My daughter came home from school today and found the Jeep with a big pink bow on it and a card Love Dad...LOL

Now I have to teach her to drive a stick...LOL

Here is Micki, how can a Dad not get a girl this pretty a Jeep???

Yep, good looking Jeep and a gorgeous girl!

That reminds me of my first Jeep, and all the places I took my girlfriend in it . . . Uh, maybe you'd better take the front driveshaft out Dad!

That's in amazing condition, especially coming from salt country. Is the paint going to rub out and clean up?

That's a good find. You're going to need this:

XJ downloads

Also, You'll need this:

Renix Fuel manual

If you do a lot of deep searching you can still find the 1988 XJ FSM PDF File for download on the Internet (last I saw it there was one still on a Russian Server), and that's a great thing to have. DC's been shutting down those sites as fast as they can find them.

Re: Sweet 16 Birthday Jeep for my Daughter Micki

Thanks for the replies guys, it is fun to keep the Jeep fun alive with all my kids.

My Son Joshua now owns my 2004 Wrangler Rubicon, took it with him to FT Cambell.

Nate own a 1952 Willy's M38A1 Rock Crawler we built together and a 1965 Ford M151A1.

Then we have our shared Jeep collection.

Micki like to trail with us and now that she can get her licence I thought it would be nice for her to have a nice Jeep she can trail with and also use to go to school in.

I bought My Daughter Danielle a Jeep Cherokee Laredo, last year and my Grandson Tystion who is 11 has his own 1978 AM General M151A2 that he helped to rebuild last summer vacation...LOL

So we keep our off roading adventure good in this family.

Bleddyn and Nate

Looks pretty solid from your area. I hope she likes it and it will do her good to learn to drive a stick. I'm sure going to try to teach my daughter when the time comes. (no help for mom......I tried ) But from the looks of things you need to start the mods right away.

When you figure out how to mod it to keep the guys away.........PLEASE let me know for future reference.
Nice gift and HAPPY BIRTHDAY Micki.
