OT/ Props to Lomodyj and Koanwood

Galen (Lomodyj) did a special order "Pencil Box" for me that I think turned out gorgeous! I needed something to carry my Vinyl cutting tools in. I gave him some dimensions, and a general idea of what I was looking for. He came back from his workshop (Koanwood) with this.

I was trying to recall what kind of wood. Galen will probably chime in and confer with or correct me, but:

Maple, Birch and Cherry..... I think...

Thats AWESOME Brent. Galen did a super job on that. I'll have to go so far as to say that it's even nicer than my vinyl cutter stuff box. [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/chairfall.gif[/img]

Anyone can make something like that....all you need is a good planner, jointer, router, table saw, and a few years experience......The only thing you could have done better was to use Dovetail corners.....nice job....I like the contrasts in woods....
