Yeah, even though I oppose a 4 door Jeep; it looks good.

Re: 4 door JK Lifted

I just wonder what all the new brake elecronics (a.k.a "New fangled platic crap") will think about the bigger tires?

Re: 4 door JK Lifted

37's with only 4 inches of lift... nice. I could very easily be wrong, but I think I read somewhere recently, that a dealer could disable/remove the ABS and other electronic gizmos that would hate the larger tires... for a "nominal" fee?

Re: 4 door JK Lifted

Looks kinda goofy but still good. Just wait for sema, there's going to be all kinds of stuff out from them. I bet it's a tie between JK's and FJ cruisers being the most popular "build up" for sema. I know there are allready 1/2 dozen lift kits in development, all kinds of bumpers, tops and other bolt on doo dads in development. I think i read some where that sema gets the cad drawings of most new trucks and then sema members have acess to them before the new trucks evne hit the street.

Yeah, but FJ's are bound by tiny fender openings and IFS.

Re: 4 door JK Lifted

The bad thing about those big wheel wells is that stock tires look puny. My TJ came with 225/75 as original equipment and those tires looked sorta goofy on it. Those same tires look fine on my friends YJ.
