Can someone get a measurement off a YJ skid plate?

The plate needs to be off the Jeep. Hope someone has one lying around.
I am trying to figure out if my plate is severely bent.
I need a comparison on the dimension shown in the photo.
I am measuring from the floor to the surface where the transmission mount nuts sit. I get about 2 5/8.
Thanks.

Re: Can someone get a measurement off a YJ skid plate?

Thanks!
I knew mine was smashed but I didn't think it was smashed by 1"!
I had shimmed up the driveline last night and removed the stock plate. I went to install a stock height replacement one by TDK and had an inch gap between the plate and the transfercase mount. I thought maybe he sent me the 1" drop skidplate by accident. I called him today to get confirmation that I had the correct plate. He also told me that 3.5" was stock.
