The 35" tires are exerting much more lateral force upon the steering than the 32"'s were. Do you have a steering damper? Is it still good? Look at all the steering components (ie: Pittman and Idler arms, tie rod ends, drag link etc.). With the taller tires you may just be flexing the stock center and drag links too much (if they are stock they are pretty whimpy, even on my CJ-7). A definate "Beef" upgrade is in order to the whole steering system when you run tires that large. It could also be something as simple as an alignment problem that wasn't noticible with the 32's, but all the forces are multiplied with the 35's. Good luck!
