Exhaust Shooting Black Liquid

I finally finished all the projects I had been working on and started my 83 CJ7 for the first time today in about 3 weeks. When I started it up the exhaust shot a burst of black liquid out, and then the exhaust emissions looked normal. I have no idea what this means, it's never done this before. One of the projects I just did was replacing all rubber fuel lines, fuel filter, fuel pump, and the filter inside the tank on the sending unit. What does this black goop mean? Thanks.

Water condensing on the sooty inside of your exhaust system and being blown out when you start it.

Normal, why do you think a lot of exhaust systems rust out from the insides.

If its nothing to worry about than I've finally got my jeep running the way I want it to. I bought it in Oct to work on until I go back to school in Jan. I got a stock 1983 CJ7 and since then I've rebuilt the carburetor, nutter bypass, replaced various gaskets (still leaks a little), new soft top, 4 in BDS lift, 33in tires, superior one piece axle kit, new weatherstripping, and lots of other mechanical fixes to get it running. I think the most frustrating job I had was replacing all the old vacuum lines (most of them were missing or hooked up wrong). That and the nutter bypass were the cheapest and most noticable improvements. Since I've never owned a Jeep or worked on vehicles before I relied on this forum for advice. Thanks to everyones input and expertise I've got a fun CJ to ride around in.
Just wanted to say thanks for all the help. Couldnt have done it without you guys.

That's why I don't park backed into anything I don't want to get black and why I don't walk behind it when the engine is still cold.

Which is one reason for a stainless steel exhaust system. It'll be there doing it's job when the Jeep has turned to a pile of rust. They're pricey, about twice the normal system but the far outlast a normal system. So, if you're going to replace the system, have the bucks, don't figure on ripping it off on rocks/mud/limbs-off-road, then it's a good buy.
