What program are you guys using to shrink your pics for your avatar?

A simple way is to use an animated GIF editor... do a search there are lots of free ones. Some will resize the pictures to fit the gif.

Lol, if you can set axle bearings... this should be easy. [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

And you can amuse the kids with funny combinations of pictures you have on your computer (miniature slide show).

Hey LEVE,

I use that program (I call it the squished cat program because of their icon) for all our TIF scanning here at my company. It works great!

When I first saw the program logo I though of Earl, the Dead Cat (The last cat you'll ever need) . Earl's bright red. I first Earl saw back in the late 1980's in a mall in Belleveue Washington:



I laughed my cedar end off for about a week after I first saw it...
