got my 36\" swampers on.........

and im ordering up a tire groover today or monday......has anybody grooved tires before and if so do you have any tips to help the stupid out [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]
i searched the web and got some infor from an ORC write-up.......but id like a tad more info......like when gooving the outer tread blocks do you go from edge to edge or just stop before you finish the tread block?

I have heard both ways, but I have heard that if you stop before the end, there is less chunking of the tread.

And I also heard that you will bring your groover to me so I can use it when you are done... [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

you are welcome to use it.....i bought it figuring that some of my NC buds(caver, brent, bill, ect) might need/want to use it.......ive also hear that it is great on CJ-5 soft tops too......what you say brent......want to find out? [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

don't need no damn top anymore! have squeegy will use on inside windshield when needed [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/givemebeer.gif[/img]

Well, when you think about it, thats one squirrel per tire, so it may just work...
