Pics are awesome. I would have been wearing my chunky butt out on those slopes. I get so bored on the runs here. I guess that is what happens when you learn in Vale, then try to ride in NC and be happy. [img]images/graemlins/cussing.gif[/img]

One word of advice though, the slippery white stuff a couple feet to the left or right will slide alot better. [img]images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

Smart arse.. that's actually a conveyor belt about 30' long pretty cool for little kids to learn on.

as for learning somewhere else, ya, I learned in the Alps, spent the past 20 years skiing there, and only skied in the Rockies once (Park City, Deer Valley), once in Carolina @ Hawksnest :P and once in Snowshoe WV.

I'd rather head East over the big pond [img]images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

Yeah, well that conveyor belt is prolly the only way I would be able to ski, tried it in Utah and couldn't even snow plow right, and hell I'm bow legged, Looks like I could just get me a beer and get on the conveyor and go for a ride with little chance of damaging myself, nice photos
