Getting ready to finally run brake lines. Does anyone have a diagram showing the stock line routing. Thanks

Sorry, comes from a Part Listing CD that I bought on eBay, only covers 1981 -1986.

Might check on eBay.

It's virtually the same...

Me, I just brought
<ul type="square">[*]hard brake, {5'sections) line and[*]A hand bender and[*]a pipe cutter and,[*]flare tool and[/list]started replacing the OEM line.

It's worked for 8 years with no problems, and more importantly, no leaks....I would caution you to paint the hard line ( if that's the route you go ) as it's steel and will rust.

There's no need to get fancy with this... just make sure it's robust, follows the OEM layout and won't come apart! I cut the OEM stuff out, and used it as a form to bend the hard line sections to fit. It was not hard.

All the parts are standard off the shelf stuff. You just have to know how to reduce the sizes and couplers. That's done by sight!

Re: cj7 brake line diagram

I started my build up with a bare frame, no oem lines to duplicate.
