posi loc click click click

I installed a posi loc cable actuator for the disconnect in my wifes xj. Works great engaged but when I disengage it there is a click click from the front when I engage it goes away, I've had it off twice and all seems well... tried adjusting it with no solution to the noise does anyone have any ideas ...I'll be under it again but just want some opinions.

My guess would be that you have the fork miss-aligned and it is not fully dis-engaging. Pull the cover off at the axle disco and move the sleeve by hand, engage it and rotate the tire - no clickey, good. dis-engage and see if it is fully sliding over towards the tire and getting completely off the inner shaft.
