Semi OT My new Favorite Cutting Tool

As some of you know i've been good budies with my sawzall and 4 1/2" angle grinder but my new favorite cutting tool is a porta band. They are sweet, i borrowed one from my girl friend's dad and he said i could have his old one. It cut through the rear of my frame like butter and cut out some bracket in no time. No more vibrating stuff off my work bench when i'm cutting something in the vice or sparks flying everywhere. If you havn't used one give one a try, real nice for cutting out brackets and things, they can cut circles but not super tight one and they are kinda bulky for cutting stuff in tight areas.

Re: Semi OT My new Favorite Cutting Tool

It was rusted out and part of the corssmember/ hitch was pulled out from pulling a guy out. I'm not doing anything crazy just putting 2x4 tubin in place of the frame, new shackle bushings, not sure on body mounts ($50 for 2 at the dealer), a piece of angle for the crossmember and some shackle mounts. No 4 links, no 3/4 eleptical, nothing crazy gota keep it in the class rules if i do end up competing.
