How much did Rhino Lining your tub cost you?????

I know the alternatives to the rhino Lining, and I have decided on that, so no discussion needed there.

I want to find out for those of your who have done your tub inside, what was the cost?

Was it fiberglass (primer required?)?
Black, or color?
Did you remove stuff and do any prep yourself?

I've got only one local place which does the gray and he is unwilling to quote me a price, but rather "time and materials". I may go further away to get a place which will quote me a real price to line my fiberglass tub. Thanks, I appreciate the input so I can compare.

Why would you line a glass tub?

Re: How much did Rhino Lining your tub cost you?????

Because it's hard, noisy, and the surface (paint) scratches easily, looking bad quickly. I did rhino lining in my Samurai some years back and it was one of the best things I did. Easy to clean out, stuff didn't slide around. Seal all the holes and cracks I didn't want, compliant mounting surface, deadening some of the tinny-ness of the interior, etc.

Summary: personal preferance of making my Jeep project more complete to match my "perfect" Jeep in my head.
