Front Bumper Bolt

Do any of you know how I can take my front bumper bolt off if the weld on the nut got lose? I was trying to take the winch off to do something to it but when I took one of the bolts off on the driver side, it just kept turning and turning. I noticed the weld came off and I can't even get a socket in there. It's the second bolt that goes between the tube in front of the Jeep. I was able to get the other bolt off just in front of the one with the weld that came off but I noticed that the welded nut on this one was stripped. I can't even take off my bumper because of the bolts...any suggestions?

Re: Front Bumper Bolt

Depending on how rusted and how much play you have I have removed them by putting a pry bar under the head and prying up wile I ran an impact wrench on the bolt, It will slip, then grab, slip and grab and most times come out. If not whitetrash is onto something.
