Re: Hummer H2 needs rescue......................funny

A good 5 years ago, our club was out in the pines and we came acrossed a yellow hummer lifted on 38 swampers, etc. He followed us around for a while. Towards the end of the day he got brave and hit a mud hole that normaly takes 44" to tractor tires to be ok.

It was good feeling winching out a hummer.

I live a half mile from the Hummer plant and would love to put a blown up poster of this in my front yard.

Well NO!

Watch the video clip... yes there is a YJ in the pictures... But it was an old Scrambler that pulled the H2 off the stump. Might want to read the story too.

Re: Hummer H2 needs rescue......................fu

I think that it is a great image. A jeep pulling an H2 off a stump.
It looks from the photos that the person driving the CJ had a few people sitting in the back of the Jeep while he pulled the hummer. Stuff like that makes me nervous. If I am ever in a situation where I need to snatch some one out, I make sure there is no one else in the Jeep, and that people are standing clear. In that situation it didn't look like that bad of a stuck, but you never know.
Like I said the image is Fantastic !!

I did read the story, he does say it's an 82 Scrambler, but if you look at the picture that UJO posted up, that "82 Scrambler (AKA CJ-8) has SQUARE headlights.

I think this makes the story even funnier...H-2 pulled off stump by Scrambler that has the prefered lights on it now.
